Jennifer Chung releases new MV & Interview

Everyone’s favorite down to earth youtube sensation Jennifer Chung recently released her first MV for her original song “I Don’t Know, Let’s Sing” .  She was also interviewed by KAC Media, a korean american christian portal.

As usual, my thoughts on the video/song after the break.

The video itself has pretty good production values but something about it makes it look like a 90′s Hong Kong movie. It’s a tad dull but still cute nonetheless. A worthy watch if you are a fan or have some time to kill. I think maybe its the lighting? Or the camera lens? Haha Im really not sure.

The song is a OK. I have seen footage of JC performing live and the same energy and rawness doesnt seem to transition to her recordings. It’s pleasant and shows promise but could be tweaked here and there. Still, I’m glad to see her making moves.
