Some bad press for BoA & Se7en

Seoulbeats reports on two separate instances of not-so-favorable press for US artists-to-be BoA & Se7en.
For Boa, comments were made by famed film critic Roger Ebert. It wasn’t a direct criticism but she was more of an innocent bystander in a tirade against David Lyon (for whom she visited for his birthday bash.
Se7en, however got it even worse as he was torn apart in a commentary about one of his Verizon gigs.
Perhaps the old adage holds true? Any press is good press?

Perez Hilton fancies another KPOP artist (SeungRi from Big Bang)

Infamous blogger of the stars Perez Hilton has featured another KPOP artist on his page. Young SeungRi from Big Bang recently started his solo activities and has caught the attention of Perez. Source: AllKPop
Perez is known to also fancy the Wonder Girls, Uhm Jung Hwa & Hyori.
Now I admit the song is pretty catchy but I can’t decide whether the MV is a rip off or a tribute to all of Justin Timberlake’s latest work.
As one other blogger put it:
The theme of the music video was basically “Sexyback” video. When he does the dancing with the backup dancers had the same layout like “My Love” and the female dancers with the mask (also girl driving him in the car) 50 Cent’s “Ayo Technology”.
Oh well, regardless it’s good to see an asian artist getting some shine with a western audience. Racist comments aside.
