Just ‘Cause: Best Wedding Video Ever
Fans of Koo Chung & Jinny Kim already know they got married a few months back.
Don’t know who they are at all? Well to sum it up they are two really talented acoustic musicians that are heavily influenced by their faith. Things have been quiet from their camp as of late but one can understand that personal life comes first. But as a treat, Koo has started a new blog and also publicly released their video presentation from their wedding reception.
It’s a bit long but believe me, it’s worth it. It’s honestly one of the most well done wedding videos I’ve seen.
Oak & Gorski album preorder

These are the last couple of days to pre-order Oak & Gorski’s upcoming album, “Good Advice, Bad Advice” and get it autographed by the artists themselves!
If the album is anything like their past album it should be a great, chill, catchy album. The CD ships March 26th.
Johnnyphlo releases pics & videos from Kollaboration Philly
Johnnyphlo has released some photos and video footage from his performance at Kollaboration Philly from a few weeks back. JP performed Keep Ya Head Up, and S.T.A.Y. pt II from his mini album, The Notebook. Looks like it was a great show! Too bad I couldn’t make it as Decipher, Lyricks, and Manifest were all there as well.
Check out youtube for a ton of other fan-cam videos from the event.
Kato featured in KoreAm journal

Kato, a great MC/producer, has been featured in KoreAm journal. Major props for him to get the attention of one of the biggest Asian American focused publications. Next stop XXL? Check out the post at his brand new site to read more!
Jennifer Chung interviewed by AllKPop

Acoustic artist Jennifer Chung has just been interviewed by AllKPop.
Glad to see Jennifer Chung getting some shine from a predominantly KPop blog!
Here’s a fun excerpt about her opinion on KPop.
I don’t follow up on K-Pop like a lot of my friends do, but there are a few artists that I would definitely go pay to see. Kim Bum Soo, Park Hwayobi, Big Mama, Yangpa, Noel, & Sung Si Kyung. A couple of my friends are in LOVE with Big Bang and so they’re slowly convincing me to fall in love with them too. hahaha!
ISA 2009: SF Recap by channelAPA

ISA 2009 San Francisco went down this past weekend and it once again reminds me I’m an unlucky bastard that needs to move to the west coast. I wish I could provide you with a recap myself but alas, channelAPA’s post will have to do.
As a bonus, check their post on the collaborative music video between Far East Movement x Wong Fu Productions x Jin x Todd Angkasuwan for the single “Millionaire“. That is one mega project in the making.
Se7en video interview with Ningin

Se7en was interviewed by Ningin over the weekend. Make sure you check it out!
Also, read up a little bit on what went down before his performance in NYC.
Critic’s Corner: BoA – BoA
BoA’s come a long way from ID Peace B hasn’t she? Or singing about that cat Sara. She’s gone from a child pop prodigy that was more of a gimmick to a full fledged Asian tour de force. She almost single handedly kept SM Entertainment relevant in Korea after many of their top acts left the label. So how does all that talent and success translate to the Western market? I guess only time will tell but let’s take a look at her debut US album.
New FM videos: Lowridin x Fetish
The following are the two new videos for the Far East Movement. They are for the singles Lowridin and Fetish off of their Animal album.
Personally I thought they were aight. They were more street/concept videos rather than full fledged, polished releases. Entertaining, yes, but a bit underwhelming. Although there were definitely some nice cars.
You can read the press release after the break.
Decipher ft James Ha video for Common contest
Good stuff. A good collab. I believe this video was an entry for a chance to open for legendary MC Common. Although I’m starting to wish I saw more variety from James Ha. All the material I’ve seen from him are kinda similar.
