Lyrics Born Releases New MV & Single – ‘Pushed Aside, Pulled Apart’

Bay area musician Lyrics Born has dropped his latest single and video for ‘Pushed Aside, Pulled Apart’ ft Lateef the Truthspeaker. This is from his upcoming album to be released early next year entitled ‘AS U WERE’.

I’m always diggin the funk influences in LB’s releases and this is no exception. It’s a nice track for sure. Thankfully, you can DL it for free too! Long live the summer of good free music =).

Misnomer(s) interview w/ Seoulbeats

Misnomer(s), a hip-hop sister duo from NY have just been featured on Seoulbeat’s latest episode of EMT.

It’s a great watch and for many, I imagine it’s a great introduction to these artists. They definitely have a unique flavor and you’ll be able to check out more once their debut album ‘American Eyes’ drops in September of this year.

Lastly, big ups to Ellie from Seoulbeats… her doing these segments makes my life a lot easier to spread the word about these homegrown artists!
