Watch Paperdoll Perform “Nothing Has Changed” Live in China

Paperdoll (winner of Kollab NY 2010) has just posted up footage of them rocking out in China, singing their song “Nothing Has Changed” off their 2008 album Ballad Nerd Pop. It’s awesome to see the band go international but kind of humorous how calm and docile the crowd is, especially considering it’s a rock song. Oh well, the band continues to do big things and it’s great to see them continue to grow their exposure.

The Sweet Hurt Releases Self Titled LP

Wendy Wang, better known as The Sweet Hurt has dropped her self titled LP. It’s a folksy acoustic type of album that reminds me of a female Big Phony. After hearing a few of the tracks I decided to pick up the LP myself for a cool 8 bucks. Skeptical? Thanks to the magic of Bandcamp you can preview it in it’s entirety as well. If you like it, support with a purchase!

AJ Rafael, Kat Badar, Olivia Thai, Michelle Martinez & More Feature in IYAZ MV

IYAZ is no stranger to the world of Youtube, and has gone on to create a special online version of his MV for “So Big”. The new MV features webcam cuts of some our favorite artists like AJ Rafael, Kat Badar, Olivia Thai, and Michelle Martinez along with a bunch of other Youtube celebs. It’s a fun watch, but it’s too bad everyone is just lip syncing. Even still, it’s a great nod of respect from the established singer.
