Kollaboration Seattle Trailer Now Online

I had the priveledge of attending the Kollaboration Seattle preview show last weekend while on vacation in Sea-town and one of the great surprises of the night was the unveiling of the trailer for the inaugural event up there. The Kollab cities def do not sleep on these videos, and this was probably one of the most impressive productions I’ve seen yet! It features two of the featured artists, Erin Kim & GOWE on the vocals in a high tempo dance track. Judging from the preview, if you’re in the North West this is an event you don’t want to miss. The show features bands Kings and The Melancholics, dance crew Hip Hop Anonymous, rapper GOWE ft Nina Seong, singers Erin Kim and Sola Yun, along with Black Mamba and Samuel Shin. Dumbfoundead & Daphne Loves Derby’s Kenny Choi will be guest performers as well.

Lilian Bui Releases Debut Album – Daydream at Midnight

Lily Bee aka Lilian Bui has put a lot of hardwork into her debut album release Daydream at Midnight. I know she’s been hard at work the past year crafting her official musical entry and judging from some of material I’ve heard thus far, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed with this effort. If you’re looking for some new smooth, jazzy, soulful music I suggest you give this girl a try. Cate Song Releases the Inside EP

NY based singer/songwriter Cate Song has dropped a brand new EP entitled Inside. Since it is an EP, it only has 5 tracks but it should give you an idea of where this artist is heading with her music and what kind of growth she’s experienced as a musician in the past two years. You can DL & preview the EP from iTunes and Amazon, so if you’re feeling it be sure to pick it up!

Inside EP is a collection of 5 songs written by Cate since the release of her debut album, Images, in December 2008. This collection highlights Cate’s introspective lyrics and melodies packaged in a modern singer/songwriter, pop-piano sound. With the help of producer, Kevin Wu, and engineer, Paul Kim, along with other respected musicians in the industry, Inside EP showcases Cate’s progression as a songwriter and vocalist.
