GOWE Releases “Before Tomorrow” (Tribute to Japan)

Here’s even more needed support for Japan from Seattle artist GOWE. This one is called “Before Tomorrow”, spit over the instrumental to “The Cool” originally by Lupe. Nothing fancy, just raw lyrics for a raw cause. Music doesn’t get much more direct and purposeful than that. I’m definitely feeling this joint.

This song is dedicated to all the people that were impacted by the horrific 2011 Japan Earthquake. It’s a sad and desperate time for many families.

Please be active and support the ones who are currently suffering from the tragedy. Get involved and help in any way that you can. Giving and donating to the following organizations is a great way to contribute to the aid:

American Red Cross – Relief for the Japan Earthquake and Pacific Tsunami:

Nump Trump Releases the MV for “Keep It on the Real”

454 sure puts in work! Here’s their third mini-MV this week, this time highlighting crew member Nump Trump on the track “Keep It on the Real”. NT takes an old school California throwback of the same name by group 3X Krazy and lays down his own updated bay area flavor. The style definitely suits him, and when viewed as an homage to the original it’s a pretty decent drop but def not as cool as the original. Gotta love those old jams.

Megan Lee Releases Debut Single – “Love, Laugh & Live”

With as much as Megan has accomplished in her relatlively short life, you’d think releasing an official single would have been long crossed off her list of things to do. But today is the day that the young teen has dropped her debut song, “Love, Laugh & Live” – produced by Smashhitta. The girl sounds much older than her years and it’s a pretty strong song overall; a great first step in her career as a recording artist. Congrats to Megan on this milestone… hopefully the first of many! Get the song on iTunes & Amazon!

New Illmillion Joint – “Fear”

Here’s a little something new from Illmillion called “Fear”. He raps over an instrumental and makes it his own. It’s a pretty decent drop and refreshing to hear him without any auto-tune cause the kid’s got a pretty natural flow that doesn’t get utilized enough. No DL link (yet), surprisingly enough.

Esther Lee Covers “At The Foot of The Cross” Originally by Kathryn Scott

One artists that not so out their yet in the YouTube world is Esther Lee aka “thatsestherly.”  She’s 19 years old and her ethnicity is Korean.  Also she was born and raised in California but now resides in NC.  To me I think she’s really underrated, she sings very well and every cover I’ve heard from her, I was impressed.  You can find her expressing her Love for God a lot in her videos, especially like this one.  She has a very calm voice which I like about her.  She has the beauty and singing talent but lets see if she sticks with this YouTube thing, hopefully it’s just not a hobby.
