In a bit of meta-media, Youtube and viral video extraordinaire, Songs to Wear Pants To teams up with Hannah Hart for a pair of songs about the internet meme of Nom. Below you’ll find the videos for “Nomming” and “Show Me Where Ya Noms At” which are both oddly charming if not completely ludicrous. Surrilla x MzShay Will “Stupefy”

“Stupefy” is the latest track to drop from Surrilla‘s mixtape, Partners in cRhyme. The song has a guest drop from MzShay and has been given the official visual treatment with some interesting twists. They found a great location to shoot the video and the overall production values are well done. It really seems like this project will have a variety of material.

Susie Suh’s New Video is a “Feather in the Wind”

Folk/Pop artist Susie Suh is promoting a new music video for the song “Feather in the Wind” that was a part of the Bakman Tapes Part 1 from a while back. It’s good to see her ramping up promotional activites again. Luckily, the full album is near completion and is finally due for release later this year. The video is beautifully shot though a bit… stationary. You’ll see what I mean. If you like the song, you can get it as a free DL if you choose to join her mailing list.

Adam WarRock Releases the Browncoats Mixtape (Inspired by Firefly)

Back in July, Adam WarRock made the announcement that he was dropping a conceptual mixtape entitled The Browncoats Mixtape. For the uninitiated, the title is a reference to the unfortunately under-rated TV series “Firefly”, from which a movie that some of you may be more familiar with was spun-off – “Serenity”. This release is all about the Sci-Fi western, and even contains production that makes uses of samples from the soundtrack. Sound like something you’d fancy? Shiny. You can download it Here for free.

Verseatile x Manifest x JoAnne Share “Who We Are” [MV]

About a month after first revealing the preview, Verse has dropped the full MV of “Who We Are” from his Worlds Apart EP -  featuring VA/Korea’s Manifest and former K-Pop star Jo-Anne on the hook. V did the video proper by making sure Mani made it into the visuals, thank God for the era of digital video – making intercontinental collabs all the more possible. Video is cleanly edited though it’s pretty much your standard single-cam-on-the-artist type of fare.

DFD Performs “Town” Off Upcoming Album

Jonathan Park aka DFD aka Dumbfoundead gives you a new peek at a cut from his upcoming November 1st album, DFD. The song is called “Town” and he spits it acoustic style, only accompanied by a guitarist for the instrumental background. It’s become pretty clear he’s grown as a song writer – I’m very optimistic for this album.
