Azuré Drops the “Ice Cubes” MV

Cali representative Azuré recently dropped the music video for his song “Ice Cubes” featuring some funky production that makes use of sounds similar to Quincy Jones’ “Ironside”. I’m liking the decision to keep the video in black and white, it helps the lighter colors (like the ice) pop off the screen a little better. Az continues to drop strong material, this guy is too often overlooked.

If you’re into fly whips, then you’ve come to the right place. On his latest promo single, Alabama repper Jackie Chain (a performer at DJBooth.net’s recent ATL Indie Fest showcase) and Houston heavyweight Bun B give listeners a look at what they’ve got Parked Outside, flowing over the slow-rolling sample work of Booth fave Big K.R.I.T. This joint isn’t attached to any forthcoming project, but fans can, of course, keep it locked for all the latest from the Southern buzzmaker.
