Justin Nozuka x RZA Release MV for “Gone” ft Kobra Khan & James Black

Did anyone else know about this song? How am I just hearing about it now!? Justin Nozuka has teamed up with the RZA (of Wu-Tang fame) for a dope track called “Gone” also featuring Kobra Khan & James Black. Justin’s gritty acoustic vocals were a great fit to this darker sounding track, making it one of the better surprises I’ve come across recently. Check out the MV below!

Snapshot: Jay Park x AJ Rafael x Traphik

Jay Park x AJ Rafael x Traphik

This is an awesome pic we found on twitter of Jay Park, AJ Rafael, and Traphik posing together. Always encouraging to see artists cultivating relationships on both a professional and personal level. I believe this picture was taken at the ISA LA event from earlier this month but don’t quote me on that. For the uninformed, Jay Park is a former member of the KPop group 2PM before being forced out of the group and branching off on his own international career. AJ Rafael is one of the earliest singers to gain a following on Youtube and has steadily built up his career in the past few years. Traphik is a comedian/rapper/media personality known for his outlandish videos and various projects across several mediums.

Say Cheese!

Just ‘Cause: Lyrics Born & Adam Mansbach Read “Go the F**k To Sleep”

Earlier this year, an alternative book known as Go the F**k To Sleep by Adam Mansbach became something of a pop-cultural phenomenon. Dubbed as “a children’s book for adults“, the facetious narrative injects humor with a youthful styling to create something you’ve likely never seen or heard before. Recently, Lyrics Born joined author Adam Mansbach for a live reading of the story, complete with uncut commentary. LB is already well known for his voice work, so as random as this seems, it’s really not that far of a stretch for the Bay-area musician.

Why? Just ‘Cause.
