Lindsey Yung Reveals the MV For “You and Me”

Singer/songwriter Lindsey Yung has released the MV for her song “You and Me”, a quaint acoustic pop track about love. It’s hard not to enjoy this soothing track, and the visuals are clean and adequately edited though falls just short of being completely memorable. Let’s hope this is the first step of many for the former Kollaboration Acoustic competitor – we’re certainly intrigued to see what’s to come from the artist.

Jimmyboi Drops the Music Video to “My Grind”

Jimmyboi‘s team sure stays hard at work while he remains in detention. Sticking to their word, they have a new MV out for JB’s track “My Grind” with some special appearances by T Double and model Justene Jaro. This release is an appropriate testament to Jimmyboi’s commitment to his craft though I wouldn’t say it’s's particular inspired in either the audio or visual department. Enjoyable? Perhaps, though it’s not exactly a superlative in the creativity department. “My Grind” can be found on his recently released Free Jimmyboi mixtape.

Jin x Joseph Vincent Release “When The Lights Come On”

The highly anticipated single, “When the Lights Come On”, a collaboration between Catch Music label mates Jin & Joseph Vincent has finally dropped. The two prove to be a formidable team on this track, uniting two of the web’s arguably biggest names. The song has been posted up to Youtube & Spotify for you to stream, and be on the lookout for the MV which should drop in the very near future. It’s a nice track for sure.

Mondega Presents “California”

Bom Siu aka Mondega comes out of the woodwork to share a new track called “California”. It’s a heartfelt joint that I found to be a good song to sit, listen and just vibe too on this late Saturday night/early Sunday morning. It’s a recommended play and lucky for us, we can DL the track for free here. If you’re interested in following along with the single extended verse you can do so with the lyrics after the break.

The Nehemiah Band Performs “1 Thru 7″

This is gonna be one of those clips you think is annoyingly silly or epic and hilarious. Two members of the Nehemiah Band perform their song “1 Thru 7″ off their Break of Dawn album from a couple years back. It’s a self-described “song about freedom”, and well… I’m gonna have to let you see/hear this rendition for yourself. It’s definitely… unique!

AMP x Mickey Cho Release “Blessed”

It may be early Saturday morning but this ain’t too bad of a way to start off your day. AMP & Mickey Cho have teamed up again on this new track entitled “Blessed” – appropriate for this season of Thanksgiving. The four artists all trade raps over a bossa nova infused track for a somewhat refreshing sound – they even mix in a little Spanish here and there. You can DL the faith inspired song by Sam Ock, CL (aka Chung), J. Han & Mickey for free here.

On Fire Ent Shares a “Star 2nite”

On Fire Entertainment has been hard at work in preparing their upcoming Sex, Drugs, Rap & Soul. Some evidence of this includes their new song leak, “Star 2Nite” by members L-Dubs, Rocky Sandoval & LOE. This is a chill, lady friendly R&B/Hip-Hop release that should be an easy listen for most. You can have a listen below.

Rekstizzy x Decipher x Dumbfoundead Release the MV for “No Apologies”

Rekstizzy has debuted his music video for his song “No Apologies” featuring heavy hitters Decipher & Dumbfoundead. This is more of your classic style of Hip-Hop, no electronica, auto-tune or sung hooks, just three MCs trading verses. Impressively, the song was debuted courtesy of Complex (as we shared that it would). So did it live up to the hype? I’ll let you be the judge but in my opinion the track got stronger as it progressed – and I’ll leave it at that. You can get it as a free single via the Bandcamp widget below.
