These are honetly my favorite type of clips. Energetic, passionate, and infectious performances by artists that relish each other’s company as much as they do their art. Mag North & Taiyo have released the following clip of them on stage performing tracks from their Home:Word release. Vudoo, Sam Kang, and Alfa Garcia joined them, rounded out by the Home:Word House band – giving a great performance that I’m jealous for not being able to catch live back in April.

Paul Dateh Releases “One for James” & “Fade Away”

As we previously shared with you, Paul Dateh has released the singles “One for James” and “Fade Away” as part of a single album as the A and B side songs, respectively. Although having different “sides” is a bit of an antiquated term, you still get two new songs from an artist whose music is hard to get enough of. Can’t wait till we get a chance to check out these two ourselves.
Traphik Unveils the MV for “Chillin Here In the Atmosphere (C.H.I.A)” Starring His GF
Over the summer, Traphik shared a track called “Chillin Here In the Atmosphere (C.H.I.A)” – which is the lead single off his upcoming free album. To promote the track, he’s now dropped the official music video to complement the love raps and guess what? It reportedly stars his real life beau as the leading lady. So go ahead and check out the clip for a glimpse into both his musical and personal life. We also got the lyrics for you after the break.
Listen to the Sidney Samson Remix of FM’s “Jello”
Here’s another remix for you to rock out to. Sidney Samson gave the Far East Movement‘s “Jello” a little retooling, bringing the LA Bass track into the realm of House. It’s a fairly significant switch up by the Dutch DJ from the original tune. It’s been real interesting to see these DJs and producers put their own unique touch on the latest FM single.
Andrew Huang Promotes the “Ursula” Visuals from the ‘Schism’ Album
If you’re a fan of Andrew Huang‘s experimental body of work known as Schism then you’re gonna love this. If not, I can at least say it’s an entertaining visual though you may be perplexed by it’s trippy sonic fare. “Ursula” is the latest single to be given the official visual treatment, and though it’s nowhere near as zany as his Songs To Wear Pants To material, Huang never fails to keep things diverse on the video front.
Jackie Chain Features on “TOPSDROPBLADESCHOPPNMUZIK” for Edubb
Jackie Chain has a guest spot on the new joint from group Edubb, ”TOPSDROPBLADESCHOPPNMUZIK”. The title may be a mouthful, but this track brings together several Southern rappers who have been generating a buzz on the indie route. You can find the track on their Legends of the Fall release. Our dude Jackie Chain has the middle verse of the three, in case you wanted to jump straight to his part.
Jason Min Releases the MV for “Something I Said”
The very talented Philly musician by way of LA, Jason Min, has released the music video to the song “Something I Said” off his self-titled EP that was released late last year. The visuals are beautifully shot and the production values are more than adequate – so I don’t think you’ll be disappointed with this one. It’s a great pairing to the song, which is one of my favorites off the EP. Check it out below!
Dia Frampton Talks Red, Past Love, Managing Expectations, The Voice & More with Myspace

Myspace had the chance to host Dia Frampton for a short live performance set and interview session. They got to talking about her relationship with “Daniel” during the voice, why she titled her album Red, and what the past year has been like. Dispersed throughout the video are clips of her and Meg performing “The Broken Ones” and “Daniel“. There are a bunch of great tidbits in there, so if you’re a Dia fan, do check this one out.
