Passport: Paul Kim Releases “My Love (내 삶의 정답)” in Korea

As previously announced, Paul Kim has released his debut single in the Korean music market, “My Love (내 삶의 정답)”. Looks like Ailee wasn’t the only Korean-American to have their debut single MV released today! This is a mid-tempo Pop/Ballad with a short-film style music video to match – all staples of the KPop industry. Unfortunately Mr. Kim wasn’t able to appear in the video but let’s hope the song gains some traction out there and provide the R&B singer some additional opportunities abroad!

Official music video for my debut in Korea with XP Entertainment. Due to my hectic schedule I was unable to appear in the video, but I feel this video perfectly embodies what the song is about. I am so happy to release this song in my homeland!

Hello again. Today we have batch of throwback covers for your listening/viewing enjoyment courtesy of our artists and their Youtube accounts. Now, when we say throwback we mean songs that have to be well over a decade old. So anything pre-2000 goes, definitely nothing newer. Now, it’s be expected that some will appreciate some songs more than others, with the term classic meaning different things to different people. The biggest caveat, however, is that most of these covers can’t compare to the originals… but regardless, peruse through the bunch and check out your favorites below!

Jargon Dyonisis Shares “Ready to Lost It”

Here’s a new joint from the Chi’s Jargon Dyonisis. This one’s called “Ready to Lost It” and features Grace Garcia on the hook. This one falls in the middle of the road as it doesn’t do much to entice or annoy the listener, rather it’s a laid back/easy listening/radio friendly type of Hip-Hop track. It remains to be seen if this will be given the same top notch promotional push as “Modern Day Fairy Tale“.

Sisterly duo from the Philippines, Krissy & Ericka, have unveiled their latest music video for “12:51″ from their sophomore album (which is already available in the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore). Their sweet voices are great match for their Pop/Country sound (think Taylor Swift), and the MV is a decent enough watch though a bit over dramatic.
