Here’s some Hip-Hop music from the other side of the country – the West Coast. Bambu has a guest spot on a new Otayo Dubb song called “A Lil More”, off OD’s Cold Piece of Work. The Beatrock family collaboration is a dope upbeat track with a similar video to match. There’s something about organ sounds and Hip-Hop that seems to always work. Help Fund an 80′s Pop Vinyl Record by Andrew Huang

Andrew Huang is another artist that is going the crowd-sourced route for his next project, Love & Desolation, and he’s chosen IndieGoGo as his fundraising partner. But by now, you should know not to expect the status quo from an artist like Mr. Huang. The Youtube sensation also known as Songs to Wear Pants to plans to release a new project album done completely in the style of 80′s pop. It’s un-apologetically synthy, Poppy, and cheesy. Crazy to believe the 80′s were 3 decades ago! The other especially noteworthy factor is that this will be released in vinyl format – that’s right, vinyl. Interested in being a part of this? Head over to IGG for more info!

Latryx Invites You to Be a Part of ‘The Second Album’

Lyrics Born & Lateef the Truth Speaker (otherwise known as Latyrx) have slowly become more active as a duo again – picking up where they left off back in 1997. Recently, we’ve seen some videos and mixtapes from the pair, but they have also officially announced their sophomore LP, aptly titled The Second Album. The musical landscape is very different from where it was in ’97, and they are taking advantage of some of the changes by getting their fans involved to help fund the project.
