Here’s the latest 454 production. Label mates Thai & Drew Deezy remix the Wiz joint “Gang Bang”. Lots of gang signs, bandannas, rough looks and tough talk. Personally not too crazy about this one but same time it’s not really my brand of Hip-Hop to begin with. The video’s sharp looking but more of the same. Get the track for free here.

New Thai MV – “Rollin” [Free DL]
The 454 crew is back with another mini music video. Thai takes center stage again with a track called “Rollin” where he’s spitting around SoCal while pushing a Benz. It’s your average rapper visuals but editing and visuals are sharp and the song is That doing what he does best. If you like the track you can DL it for free here.
IZ Releases New MV & IT IZ WHAT IT IZ Mixtape
Thankfully rapper IZ was released from jail and he has hit the ground running, seemingly more inspired than ever. Here are his latest drops, an MV for the single “Run Together” – a remix of Kanye’s “Runaway” which is part of a newly released mixtape entitled IT IZ WHAT IT IZ. In the song IZ touches upon a lot of his life’s experiences and shows love to many of those who have helped support him and his crew. It’s a great introspective Hip-Hop track and one of my favorites to hear from him thus far.
The mixtape also dropped today containg 17 tracks, many of which we’ve heard before and some unreleased. Look for collabs with Thai, Tommy C, Michelle Martinez, FM, Lil Crazed, J. Reyez & more. We’re thrilled to see IZ more back, determined and inspired. The mixtape is a free DL so be sure to grab it here.
IZ of 454 Arrested & Detained in LA
In an unfortunate turn of events, IZ aka IZreal, of 454 Life Entertainment was recently locked up and is currently being held at a penitentiary in LA. Two of his group members, Thai & Drew Deezy, let the world know via the youtube below. IZ Drops the “Ain’t Nuthin But A Street Thang” MV
454′s IZ hasn’t had a solo drop in a while but that changes tonight with the MV for “Ain’t Nuthin But A Street Thang”. He uses the classic beat behind Dre x Snoop’s “Nuthin’ but a ‘G’ Thang”. The video serves as an introduction to his upcoming mixtape entitled It IZ What it IZ. IZ’s flow is smooth and the visuals are sharp but I’m not exactly a fan of him dropping the n-bomb. It’s good to see a solo drop from him. I believe it’s the first one since he released the MV for “Paper Chaser” back in August of last year.
Nump Trump x Traxamillion Release New Single – “I’m Hungover” [Free DL]
Here’s a new track from 454′s Nump Trump featuring Traxamillion called “I’m Hungover”. The title is pretty self explanatory and it should be pretty clear what the song is about. The production is a pretty great sample flip of the Office theme song and I gotta admit it’s a fairly catchy track. I’m just not too crazy about the subject matter, I feel like they could have done something more creative with such a dope beat. But it’s still worth the free DL, so what are you waiting for?
Thai Releases The Statement Mixtape & “Burnin” MV [Free DL]
Thai has dropped his latest mixtape, The Statement as a free DL today. He’s previously leaked some tracks from the album but you can now hear it in full. Click the album cover above to DL it!
Additionally, with the release of the mixtape, he’s also released the video for a song called “Burnin” featuring Suryil, a singer who has featured on other 454 Entertainment productions. The music video is simple but matches the song well. He turns on his trademark rapid fire flow towards the end of the song. I think Thai has always been the kind of MC to excel when he raps introspectively.
Thai x IZ x Tommy C x J. Reyez x Lil Crazed Drop the “Girlfriend” MV & Single
In a big collaboration of Youtube rappers, 454′s Thai & IZ team up with Tommy C of IBU, J. Reyez and Lil Crazed for a new single and music video called “Girlfriend”. We showed you the preview for the song a month ago but now you can see the final version. The song is also available on iTunes. This is a tune I’m sure the ladies are gonna love. It’s a solid pop song for sure. The video production values are crisp (as always from 454) and they chose some great locations around the bay for the shoot. If you’re looking for a light, catchy tune you’ll prob enjoy this release.
Thai x Drew Deezy x Nump Trump Share the “Riding All Night and Day” MV
If you have their DVD then this is nothing new for you but for everyone else 454 has dropped the MV for “Riding All Night and Day” featuring Thai, Drew, Nump and Matt Blaque. I gotta admit, this is a good song to listen to at night in the car. Don’t ask me why… it just works – I think it’s the production. The video has nice stylistic touches but doesn’t stray too terribly far from the formula. All you SF Bay area folk should appreciate the different locales. The song can be found off their debut compilation album As Real as It Gets.
454 Releases “Like I Can” MV featuring Nump Trump
This is another video from their DVD, for the single “Like I Can” featuring Nump Trump and Rawsmoov & Rae Rosero. The video differs from alot of their other work in the sense that it does’t take itself too seriously and shows the goofy side of 454. It’s an entertaining watch and one of their more enjoyable videos in my opinion.
