The Youtube Pop Covers Round-Up – 1/27/12
Happy Friday! This is yet another collection of youtube covers, this time around the centralizing genre is Pop. There are some extremely creative visuals here, along with some of the more run-of-the-mill-and-sing-in-front-of-a-webcam varieties, but all in all there’s a little something for everyone. We’ve got tunes from various decades, dating back from the 70′s – so it’s kind of interesting to hear what was and is Pop. Enjoy!

The Remix MVs Youtube Round-Up – 9/15/11
Hard to believe it’s already mid-September! Oh well, another day, another batch of recent Youtube covers & remixes. THis time, our round-up is based around the art of the remix MV. These are all songs and beats used by some of our favorite artists where extra time was taken into putting together a video with decent production values. You won’t find any one-shot, pocket cam, singing-in-the-bedroom videos in this batch. Check out Prizzy’s flip on Kreayshawn, J. Reyez & Toestah making “Headlines”, DANakaDan x Abraham Lim and friends doing some One Republic, a little KPOP instrumental switch-up by producer FortLeeMusic, MDE over a J. Cole beat, and the Fung Bros. & friends remixing a ubiquitous Pitbull song.
