Just ‘Cause: Fan Makes Short Video Interlude to Decipher x Ailee’s “Catch Me If You Can”

I dunno about you, but I really enjoy Decipher x Ailee’s “Catch Me If You Can“, and it looks like I’m definitely not the only one. One of the their fans decided to take it upon themselves and make a short video interlude by completely flipping the song and putting it to some crazy visuals. The man behind the project, LX Keem, did some impressive work. It’d be dope to see an official project together with everyone involved! What do you guys think?

[Free DL] Decipher Releases “Catch Me If You Can” ft Ailee & Tracklist for The Effect

Uhhh… it’s official, Decipher’s a problem. It’s been quite some time since he dropped an official single but his comeback song “Catch Me If You Can” only proves the guy hasn’t lost a step. I’m being completely honest when I say this is one of the strongest hip-hop singles I’ve had the opportunity to share with you on a-Tunes all year. Of course Ailee kills it on the hook, but she also kills it on the closing rap verse. What? Ailee, spitting? You read that right folks. You gotta hear it to believe it; who could have guess that!? The song is a free DL.

In related news, De has released the official tracklist to The Effect, his next full length album featuring the above single. I guess great talent enjoys like company because you got features from Dumbfoundead, Jay Park, Lyricks, Furis, JL, Andrew Choi, Manifest, DJ Zo, Schoolboy DUKE, Sam Ock and of course Ailee as you already heard. Ri-effing-diculous.

MUzO (Johnnyphlo x Decipher) Featured in Documentary

The fellas of MUzO Entertainment were recently featured in a student film documentary. They go into the lives of Johnnyphlo, Decipher and their managers and what they aim to accomplish with their art and craft. They talk about both the music and the business aspects of the grind, providing a glimpse of everything that goes on behind and on the stage. It’s a great watch, make sure you check it out. Look for appearances for from Clara Chung and Ailee.

Decipher x Johnnyphlo x Ailee Release Remix of “Nobody” By the Wonder Girls

De, JP, and Ailee have been known to perform their rendition of the Wonder Girls hit “Nobody” (the R&B version) live on stage at various events. The song typically evokes a strong, favorable response from the crowd and I’ve been wondering why they never just went ahead and released it online as well. I guess I can’t stop asking because they have finally dropped it and it turned out great. Even though the original song is already a couple years old, I’m digging this version a lot.

Check it out for yourselves! And wooo, Ailee killed it on that bridge. You can DL it for free HERE.

Showtime: Project Korea III @ Rutgers University – 4/3/2010

Hey folks, so I know it’s been a few weeks since the Project Korea III event featuring Clara Chung, Decipher, Johnnyphlo, Ailee, and Art of Movement went down but we didn’t want to leave you guys hanging without a recap (in case you haven’t read about the event already). We had some pictures and footage to share but quite frankly none of it came close to the quality of the photos and videos put out by the folks of AllKPOP, one of the major sponsors of the show. So just as a disclaimer, all visual multimedia content we are using here was actually captured by AKP. However, any editorial content presented (TEXT) reflect my opinions and thoughts and do not necessarily reflect those of AKP. Just thought we’d clear that up.

Check out the interview to learn a little about the rising star now and where he aims to be in the future. At the end of the clip we give you a peek at what went down at his album release party for Basic Strategy as he and Ailee perform their hit song ‘Rollercoaster’.

Please excuse the poor lighting =(.
