The duo of Button Pusha and Oddsequence aren’t done promoting the Vacancy EP just yet. The music video is a clean ride through the city with some cameos including L. Scatterbrain. The song has a Dilla-esque sound to it that I can appreciate and though this isn’t the most exciting MV in th world, it’s fairly well shot and a good pairing for the track. Not bad at all.

BP & Odds Presents the “Vacancy” MV
Hip-Hop duo Button Push & Oddsequence make their return with the music video for “Vacancy” off their EP of the same name. It was a free DL for a limited but is now available for purchase. The video is pretty nice, well shot and edited and the quality is great. It looks like they visited some abandoned lots for this video, giving it an eerie but appropriate feel and style. Nice drop from the fellas.
BP & Odds Drop the MV for “Ultra-Magnetics”
BP & Odds always knows how to revive the glory days of the old boom-bap style of Hip-Hop. They continue to pay homage with their lyrics, beats, and now their MV’s as well. This latest video release for the single “Ultra-Magnetics” (released a while back) is chock full of visual cues from the days of yesteryear featuring old boom boxes, tape decks, throwback cassette album covers, along with some supporting cast help from the likes of L. Scatterbrain and others. It’s a dope MV and I’m glad to see they stepped their production values up.
BP & Odds Release “The Daily” MV
Boom Bap novelists BP & Odds have put together a new music video for their track “The Daily” from their album The Medium. It’s a no frills video but it matches their style well, simple and understated. They chose some interesting spots for the shoot including a liquor store and a marijuana dispensary. This is one of my favorite cuts off the album so be sure to check it out.

As they promised they would, BP & Odds dropped their new free EP Vacancy, albeit just after we had called it a night. News never sleeps. BP & Odds is back again, getting ready to drop their new free EP Vacancy. They describe it as their homage to jazz music so if anything it should be a refreshing change of pace from the mainstream hip-hop sounds we here everywhere else. WTF: BP & Odds – The Gradient EP
Welcome to another Weekly Thursday Freebie. For this week we are featuring the brand new EP called The Gradient by hip-hop duo BP & Odds. This MC/Producer team release their album The Medium just a couple months ago but never let off their grind and wanted to share some new material with the world. The Gradient goes in a different sonic direction from their past work and allows them try their hand at something new.

BP & Odds Release ‘The Plan’ MV
The Plan is one of my favorite songs off there ‘The Medium‘ album but I was a little bored with this video after a while. I like how they showed how they cut things up and worked in the studio but it got a bit repetitive after a couple minutes. Either way it’s a dope song and I’m glad they are making a push in promoting it.
This duo makes such a great time. I’m loving their clean, boom-bap, underground throwback type of style.
