Two artists from the states have teamed up for a new pop single called “Let This Die”. The song is off of Brian’s latest EP, Reborn Part 1. Flowsik (of Aziatix) provides the guest rap vocals to make what is ultimately a catchy Pop/R&B tune. I could do without the autotune on Flow’s parts though – and it’s a shame he’s a no show in the video. Either way, check out the visuals below.

Passport: Brian Releases “Can’t Stop” with Jay Park & Dumbfoundead

In K-Pop news, Korean American singer Brian Joo has dropped a new album in the motherland called Reborn Part 1. Why this news is particularly a-Tunese worthy is because one of the singles, “Can’t Stop” features one of his fellow kyopo artists, Jay Park, along with a rap verse from California’s Dumbfoundead. Now, this particular line up is for the English version of the song, with the Korean rendition substituting another MC in for Dumb. You can grab the song on iTunes and stream it via the Youtube link below… for now.

“Nightmare” has been one of those singles to receive a lot of publicity from the start. The song initially dropped as a single back in August but was also included on New Height’s album, Something to Believe In. The latest development is the following teaser for the music video, a work that has been in production for some time – and it’s easy to understand why after taking a look at the clip. Look for the video to drop soon!

Brian Joo x New Heights Perform Acoustic Remix of “Domino”
Brian Joo decided to put together an acoustic version of his song “Domino” from his Unveiled album and enlisted the help of Travis from the Seattle area band New Heights. I think I just might like this version more than the original as the two make a strong team in this rendition. You can check out the video below.
If you’re interested in the original version they can be found on iTunes & Amazon.
New Heights x Brian Joo Present “Nightmare”
We’ve been hearing about the single for a month or two now but we finally have the opportunity to hear it today. Seattle’s New Heights have combined forces with Brian Joo on a new song entitled “Nightmare”. It’s a great blending of both styles, yielding a catchy Pop-Rock tune. There’s even a little bit of scratching in there courtesy of DJ Yup. The song is available for purchase from both iTunes & AmazonMP3 now. Look for the MV to drop soon as well.
Brian Joo to Feature IAMMEDIC, Johnnyphlo & Decipher on Tour

Brian Joo is halfway through his US mini-tour but what makes the last two show dates (in LA & NY respectively) particularly noteworthy is that he is linking up with some fellow local Asian-American talent at each stop. In the city of angels, he’ll be rocking the stage with Electro-Pop group IAMMEDIC and back on the east coast in the big apple, he’ll be joined by Decipher & Johnnyphlo. The rumor mill has been spinning that this is also likely Phlo’s last US show for some time so all the more reason for his fan’s to come through. You can find details on each individual show after the jump.

Brian Joo’s Interview for the Movie ’1040′
You may recall us posting about a documentary about Christianity in Asia featuring an interview with Jin last month. Well it looks like Korean American/KPOP star Brian Joo, formerly of Fly to the Sky, was also interviewed for the film. I really liked this interview as he expresses a lot about how his faith and his music came to a cross road and how it empowered him throughout his life/career.
