This is HUGE. Veteran producer Chops has worked his magic and gotten numerous placements in the 2010 People’s Choice Awards that took place last night. His beats served as the back drop for many moments and even got Queen Latifah dancing a little bit (check the video at 1:50).

a-Tunes extends an enthusiastic congratulations to Chops. His music just played all night on prime time TV. He’s been paying his dues and he’s off to an amazing start in 2010. Well deserved!

First let me just say Happy Thanksgiving to you all reading this blog. In the past year and a half things have grown a lot and I’m just thankful for all of you interested and supporting the cause.

I’m a little tight on time (and energy) today so I’m bringing you a quick Weekly Thursday Freebie this time. But that doesn’t make this offering weak in fact it’s a must DL for any hip-hop fan. As previously announced, producer extraordinaire Chops has dropped his 2nd out of 3 free mixtapes for download today. It’s always great to hear a veteran is still on their grind, doing what they do best. Chops (of MB fame) posted up a vlog message the other day about three free promotional mixtapes that he’ll be releasing every Thursday between now and Thanksgiving.

The first release is a Lil’ Wayne remix of No Ceilings, “Glass Ceiling”. Download it here and stay tuned for #2 and #3!!!
