It’s been quite some time since Jazmin released a new youtube cover, but here they are with a new video singing ’Love Rollercoaster’ by MIMS & Letoya Luckett.
As always they sound & look great though I could have done without the instrumental playing in the background. It was kind of distracting. Other than that I have no complaints. Hope to hear more original material from them soon though!
Pop/R&B family group Jazmin recently had an interview with The Trusted Beauty Guide about how they stay looking great. It’s not music related at all but its good to see any type of press on these girls =). They talk about their beauty/make up tips and how they keep a healthy lifestyle.
I guess it’s not just great genes for these sisters =).

Pop girl group Jazmin recently released footage from a performance on their youtube channel of their single “Like You” live at the Hollywood Music Summit Showcase @ King King in Hollywood.
The song itself is pretty decent/catchy. I just wasn’t feeling the breakdown in the middle with the exchange between the male vocal and the girls. It came off kinda awkward live. But the rest of the song was great though I think they tend to show a little more charisma when they are doing their acapella thing.
And i’m still crushing on Celia.
Aznraps has just posted an interview of Jazmin. They seem like a great, fun-loving group of girls and I wish I could catch their act at Kollaboration 9.

How important is it to Jazmin to reach out to an Asian-American audience? What kind of example do you hope to set for young girls and women who listen to your music?
It is absolutely important for us to reach out to Asian-Americans because they’re our family! There aren’t many Asian-American artists in this industry so we are so excited to be one of the few trying to break barriers and are up to the challenge. We want to show the world that anyone can make their dreams come true. No matter where you’re from, where you’ve been, what you’ve done, always know that you are beautiful – inside and out. You were put on this earth for a purpose; all you have to do is live it. The road has not been easy and will not get any easier, but we are going to keep pushing and we hope that inspires others to do the same.
Jazmin has released yet another acapella video, this time singing the classic Motown song “Who’s Lovin’ You?”.
I thought this one was a lot stronger than their last. And it’s official, I have a crush on Celia.
Don’t forget, they will be competing in the upcoming Kollaboration 9 at the end of the month!
R&B up and comers Jazmin just released a new video of them covering Rihanna’s single “Rehab”.
I can understand the current appeal to covering this song but Im not sure its one that translates very well to acapella. They did it decently but it didn’t have me as excited as the trailer for Kollaboration 9.
To promote their upcoming appearance in Kollaboration 9, Youtube sensations David Choi, Kina Grannis, and Kollaboration Acoustic 2 Winner, Jane Lui along with MTV Top Pop Group’s Jazmin perform an acoustic version of Chris Brown’s “Forever.”
