Jargon Presents a “Modern Day Fairy Tale”
Jargon and his team have gone all out for their latest music video, a plot, acting and a whole bunch of cameos in supporting roles. Michelle Martinez, Tommy C., J.Reyez, Lil Crazed, Mike Musni, and whole lot more! That being said, it’s certainly one of the more entertaining MVs we’ve seen in a while. Check it out below.
Lil Crazed Features on “In Paris” (Remix) for Young Blaze
The Midwest’s Lil Crazed featured for an artist named Young Blaze, on a beat that samples “Niggas in Paris” by Jay-Z & Kanye. They turn up the speed just a little bit for a pretty entertaining Hip-Hop track. It’s a rather short listen but the footage of the recording process helped to keep things interesting. The Hip-Hop Youtube Round-Up 1/15/2012
Wow, we are 15 days into the new year already. Well, as I promised last time, this round-up is all things strictly rap. I don’t believe any of the featured videos in this collection are newcomers but there’s a surprise or two in the bunch, just make sure to check em all out. There’s enough Hip-Hop bars here for everyone to enjoy.

“Uh Oh”; A New MV From Lil Crazed
MR. MN, Lil Crazed, has dropped a brand new music video for his song “Uh Oh” off his Chapter 3: Liberation – The Lost Tracks release from October of last year. They manage to turn what would have been a plain video, into a pretty decent watch courtesy of editing and some typography to spice things up. Audio production was handled by the ubiquitous Smash Hitta.

Tommy C Releases the #CMIXTAPE
January 7th has arrived, and that means Tommy C‘s new mixtape, C, has finally dropped. As we learned from the album preview a few days back, the project is assisted by guest features from J. Reyez, Jargon, Lil Crazed, Maribelle Anes and more. In fact, there’s a new lyric video out for the track with Maribelle, “Snowflake”. So take a listen and download via the DatPiff widget below, and see what the singer can do outside of his group, IBU.

With the release date just a few days away, Tommy C is drumming up buzz for his C Mixtape by releasing an album preview on Youtube. You can check out all 16 tracks via the snippets in the video below. It looks like “Flawless” ft Lil Crazed, “My Reason” with J. Reyez & Jargon and “Miserable” all made the tracklist. Other featuring artists include Maribelle Anes, Derez and more. Check back on a-Tunes on January 7th for the mixtape release!
Jason Chen Releases the ‘Gravity’ Album
With the end of the year approaching, Jason Chen has managed to sneak in his debut album, Gravity, in before 2011 comes to a close. The LP includes his collaboration with J. Reyez, Crazed, and Verseatile – “Reintroduction” along with his more recent “Best Friend”, among others. Tommy C x Lil Crazed Present the “Flawless” MV
It’s a new visual from Tommy C to promote the yet to be released C Mixtape. The track is “Flawless” and features frequent collaboration, Lil Crazed on the guest rap vocals. It’s another decent R&B tune from the pair, making a fair case for the two to consider forming a project group together. Either way, the song will be available along with the rest of the mixtape come January, which is the reported drop date.

If you’re a Lil Crazed fan, you are likely to be aware that he is the father of two sons, Isaac & Alijah – the latter being the older by 2 years. We came across this heart warming photo from a recent shoot of the artist and his boys in their plaid shirts and snapbacks. Years from now, the Crazed KiDs will be happy to know that their Pops didn’t drag them to JC Penny and take awkward family photos like the rest of America; their father was cooler than that. Awesome seeing even a glimpse into the life behind the rapper.
