Sam Ock Presents “Meet Me”
Sam Ock (singer and member of AMP) definitely isn’t someone to shy away from expressing and sharing their faith. His latest track that he’s shared with us is a slow but powerful song centered around a single phrase – the title, “Meet Me”. You can have a listen via the Youtube clip and the song is also available as a freebie. You can DL the song here.
The first line of this song has been a line I’ve been repeating in my head for years. Tonight in a matter of 30 minutes I expounded upon it. Praise God! :]
Sam Ock Debuts “Your Own”

Sam Ock has felt called to direct his talents into writing praise/worship music, with “Your Own” being the latest of the initiative. Keeping in line with songs of this nature, it’s a catchy tune with easy to follow lyrics. You can find them after the break and if you’d like the sheet music, you can find them here as well. Take a listen and DL via the widget below.
The spirit’s willing but the flesh is weak
Bring us into the light so we can see
All of our sin and shame put on your Son all upon his nameNow you give us the words to speak
Lord we sing of your truth in melody
All for your holy name, Lord in our weakness we now proclaimYou are perfect in your wrath, so perfect in your judgment
All who rise against your name will crumble at your feet
And You sent your only son our advocate of mercy
Through the risen spotless Lamb, now we’re called your ownPraise the king of love and justice
Calling all his people to rise up
He is clothing us in power
We will store your Word within our heartsPraise the king who will return for all his remnant in the earth

The Songs of Faith Youtube Round-Up – 1/5/12
We noticed that several artist had recently sang some covers of songs that deal with faith and God, and decided it was an opportune time time to round ‘em up and share them with you. Nothing too fancy here, just honest, heartfelt vocals with production values on the humble side of things. But in these cases, I suppose it’s the heart that matters more than the presentation. Enjoy.

Lyricks Shares an Alternative Version of Sam Ock’s “Simple Steps”
Ly to the ricks has uploaded a little unreleased gem to Youtube. Sam Ock released an album earlier this year called Simple Steps which included the title track of the same name. It seems that Lyricks was initially supposed to be a part of the song, but wasn’t able to meet the deadline and was left off the final version as a result. For those thinking he would have been a strong fit for the jazzy double-time song, you’d be right. Listen to what could have been below.

AMP Movement’s Sam Ock has found himself as the guest vocal on Japan’s re:plus’s song “One Dream”. This is from the most recent album that dropped a couple days ago called “The New Age of Beats”. It’s currently an international release, so you’re going to have to get creative in getting your hands on this single, but that’s not to say it can’t be done. It’s a great song and an awesome international collaboraiton!
Lyricks Drops Videos for “High Road” ft C-Note & “Memories” ft Sam Ock x Jess Yang; and “The Last Year”
Virgina’s Ly to the Ricks has just unleashed a pair of videos for “High Road” and “Memories”. The former features his fellow VA brethren, C-Note and the latter is Sam Ock track with Jess Yang that Lyricks jumped onto. Both are great listens/watches but the “Memories” in particular has am eerily yet beautifully haunting quality to it. The two tracks are pretty different in style, giving you a variety of options for your listening/viewing enjoyment.
