Seriously Performance of ‘Lost at Heart’ Inspire ’10 Posted

If you’re a fan of the band Seriously you should take a look at this footage of them performing at Inspire ’10 a couple months back. They are performing one of their newest singles ‘Lost at Heart’. The guys sound great and they gave a pretty good performance.  I hope I’ll have the opportunity to see them live myself sometime.

Seriously & Maggie Kim Featured on MYX Visual Crunch

MYX Visual Crunch is a series that shows a glimpse at behind the scenes of the MV creation process and how artists and directors alike have to use limited resources to put together high production valued releases. Recently, SoCal based Seriously was featured along with NY-Parisian rocker Maggie Kim. Check out each artist’s segment below. The pieces may be short but are enlightening nonetheless.

Seriously Previews ‘Lost at Heart’

Seriously has got a new preview out for their song ‘Lost at Heart’, due for worldwide release April 2nd 2010. If you’re thinking the song sounds a lot like Mute Math you’d be correct because they admit to being heavily influenced by the band for this single. It’s got an upbeat, heavily stylized sound that should be an interesting listen at the very least. This single continues their one-track-a-month “On Your Mark” campaign.

Purchase Seriously’s next single, “Lost at Heart,” exclusively at http://www.allkpop.com from March 2-March 9, 2010, and athttp://www.seriouslytheband.com starting March 10, 2010, followed by a worldwide release on
April 2, 2010 through iTunes and most digital distribution outlets. Thank you for your love and support–we’ve only made it this far because of you.

A BIG THANK YOU TO STEVEN JONATAN FOR CREATING THIS VIDEO!

Seriously Covers ‘Tie Me Down’ by New Boyz

It’s videos like these that make me want to see Seriously live. These guys have great performance energy. I’m not too familiar with the song they are covering but nevertheless they sound great. They dedicated this to all the single people out there haha. I almost forgot V-Day is coming up soon. I wish the clip were longer though… and that they had a better camera angle.

Seriously Releases ‘Been So Long’

As we previewed earlier, Seriously is back with a new single entitled ‘Been So Long’. The bass lines are great on this song. It definitely goes in a moodier, edgier direction then their last single but it’s still a very strong track. It may not be as catchy but I like the variety in their sound. This band really has so much potential!

If you like what you hear, support the group and purchase the single here.

Seriously Drops Drum Solo Video

Seriously gave their bassist, Nathan, a moment to shine and now it’s the drummer’s turn as he does a quick routine shot at a beautiful location. If only Maryland had that kind of weather and scenery. Darn you Southern California.

You can help Seriously become guest peformers at Kollaboration by buying tickets for the event here! If they sell enough, they’ll have the opportunity to perform at Kollaboration 10 in March.

Seriously x Esna Yoon Cover ‘Two Is Better Than One’

Seriously has teamed up with Esna Yoon to cover ‘Two Is Better Than One’, originally by Boys Like Girls x Taylor Swift.

Esna’s been all over Youtube the past couple weeks! Anyways they did a great job, and kept it simple and beautiful though if I had to compare I’d give the slight edge to the AJ Rafael x Kina Grannis cover from a while back.

Seriously Gives Sneak Peak of New Single – ‘Been So Long’

Seriously, the group behind ‘Immaculate Addiction‘ is getting ready to drop their second single called ‘Been So Long’. It’s set to drop February 1st 2010 but you can get it early at AllKPOP starting January 21st as well. This single looks to take a totally different direction from ‘Immaculate Addiction’ and I’m definitely intrigued as to what the final product will sound like.

Nathan Park of Seriously Shows Off His Bass Skills

Any band is typically as good as the sum of it’s parts and this video partly explains why Seriously can hang with the best of ‘em.

Nathan Park, the bassist of the band does a little beatbox/bass cover of Marcus Miller’s “Intro Duction”, and it’s pretty sick. It’s short but well worth the watch.

This is all the more reason you should make sure to catch Seriously at the upcoming Inspire event.
