Just ‘Cause: ‘For All the Times’ by The Jubilee Project

Although Mother’s Day has already passed, this short film by the Jubilee Project is still as relevant as ever. The narrative is based on a true story that the creator’s experienced, and they decided to take it and turn it into the video you see below. It’s a definite recommended watch and another fine production by the JP. The video features Jennifer Chung’s “Common, Simple, Beautiful” for the soundtrack.

Just Cause: The Jubilee Project’s Spotlight on PK of Kollaboration

Paul “PK” Kim is the founder of the Kollaboration competition series – a platform for Asian-American artists that was built on the motto of “Empowerment through Entertainment”. Though he’s since stepped down from the director position, his vision is still being realized. The Jubilee Project has released a spotlight interview video on PK, interspersed with footage from one of the last shows he hosted – Kollaboration DC 2010. #DreamBig

The Jubilee Project had the opportunity to spotlight an incredible leader in the community, Paul “PK” Kim who began Kollaboration over 10 years ago. Kollaboration has since become a national force that has discovered an incredible number of talented people around the country and empowered young people around the world.

We hope this is an inspiration to #DreamBig!

Just ‘Cause: The Jubilee Project Presents “Be the Change”

The great folks at the Jubilee Project always tends to put together great videos, focusing on amazing themes and causes. Their latest project puts some of our favorite artists and Youtube stars on the spot, asking them what is important to them and what they would like to see change and happen in this world. There is a ton of talent in this clip, and it encourages you to join the conversation – perhaps in the hope that once we talk about it, we just might be able to take the next step and do something about it.

For the new year, The Jubilee Project took some time to interview some YT friends about the changes that they would like to see in the world. We really believe that life is a gift and ordinary people can do extraordinary things. We hope that this video encourages you to live life to the fullest this year and be the change you want to see in the world.

Twitter us @jubileeproject with your responses #BetheChange – What is one thing you’d like to see changed in the world? What is one organization/cause you feel strongly about? What would you do if you had one last day to live?

Special thanks to BU CSA Takeout and all of the YT stars that took part in this video.

Rooftop Pursuit x Jubilee Project Release the “Why I Sing” MV

It may have been a little delayed but the final visuals for Rooftop Pursuit’s “Why I Sing” (directed by Jubilee Project) are worth the wait. The video is dedicated to the cause for fighting Hepatitis B and is meant to raise awareness and money. The song and MV itself are well produced and executed, with RP putting out a very strong rock ballad while the JP continue their good work for a cause. The walks that ever so important line between corny/sappy and sentimental, something us Asians can’t seem to get enough of. It’s like a mini-drama packed into a 5 minute video. Last but perhaps least importantly, the female lead is a looker.

Find out more about how you can contribute to the fight against Hep B after the jump.
