Jayne Rio x Hopie Spitshard Release New Single – “Game Over” [Free DL]

To commemorate the launch of her new site, Jayne Rio has posted up a new song that enlists the help of her fellow bay area artist Hopie Spitshard to lay down some rap vocals. The production has an interesting concept in that it uses a lot of classic video game sounds and it call comes together in a unique R&B track (6 Fingers does it again). It’s a fresh record, but I’m not completely won over by it. I think it could have used some more vocal oomph from Jayne… maybe an additional run here or there cause I know the girl could kill it. But I digress, it’s an enjoyable single, and a free DL at that.
