As part of JC Penny’s sponsorship of ISA LA 2009, WongFu, FM & David Choi have teamed up to make a goofy video skit about going back to school.
As they sport JC Penny gear, they give out advice and tips to students as they prepare for a new school year. It’s cheesy as hell in the beginning but trust me, it get’s funnier.
I’ve heard some people say that they’ve all sold out but I think they are making much too big a deal out of it. I just think it’s great to see a grassroots Asian American cause garner enough interest for corporate sponsorship.
