So J. Reyez has a new track out called ‘Passing Me By’. It features his go to singer, Chris Jackson, on a pretty well produced beat by Dallas. I dunno about this one though. I was feeling the song when the beat started but most of the vocals from both J & Chris were kinda blah. Chris sounds a bit awkward and J’s flow is real boring until the 2nd half of the song where his energy picks up and he goes all in on some girl.
I just wonder… is the song inspired by fact or ficiton? Because if it’s all factual… does that mean J. Reyez is airing out the dirty laundry between him and Dalena? Cause there are some real personal lines on there that would indicate so.
