Earlier in the decade there was a young Korean American r&b singer who was making some noise, most notably for winning “MTV’s Becoming: Christina Aguilera”. Unfortunately since then the singer’s career never really took off as it should have and I kind of lost tabs on what was going on with her music. Thankfully I’ve recently rediscovered Jenny Hyun (formerly known as Jaley) and she’s still singing, which is a great thing considering she has a fantastic voice.
It’s only fitting that the first song I hear from her in years is another Christina Aguilera cover, this time of the spanish language track ‘Contigo En La Distancia’. My spanish is a bit rusty but that doesn’t mean I can’t appreciate the fact Jenny sang the song wonderfully. I’m looking forward to hearing more new music from her.

You never hear anything awful about the Christina Aguilera. She doesn’t seem to be a bimbo airhead like Brit or Paris, I idolize her for keeping straight considering the people she has to work with. Plus, she has a killer voice!
I was born on the same day as Christina Aguilera back in 1980 and have followed her very closely. She is a brilliant singer.
Christina Aguilera gave me so much power with ‘fighter’ and ‘can’t hold us down’. She definitely stands up for women and I love her for doing that. No one could ever beat her voice she’s the best!!!!!!!!
The movie Burlesque where Christina Aguilera is one of the actresses will be good to wait for. I always follow Christina’s music and I want to keep informed with her latest album, movies and videos.
