Blue Scholars Star in Sonicsgate Film: Slick Watts – A Day in the Life of Seattle without the Sonics

Hip-Hop group Blue Scholars has always shown nothing but the utmost for their hometown of Seattle. That includes the major loss of the Supersonics franchise as the team was relocated to what is now known as the Oklahoma City Thunder. Perhaps thats why it must have been a no-brainer for the Scholars to team up with the vocal group Sonicsgate. The following clip is the outcome, an ode to the lost Sea-town team and a hopeful proclamation for their return. It’s called Slick Watts – A Day in the Life of Seattle without the Sonics.
