Laura Song may have been a bit quiet in terms of her own material, but she can be heard on two new tracks by Akshan – “Pearl” and “Californicate” – off his album Island Rocker. The two R&B singers make a strong team and her contributions added a lot to both singles, the combination of her sultry soul with Akshan’s island influence is a welcome pairing.
