Reena Lyn Tries “Killin’ Em Softly” With New Music Video

This is the 2nd music video from Bay Area vetern R&B singer, Reena Lyn. Stylistically, “Killin’ Em Softly” is completely different from her more Pop/R&B oriented “The Cupcake Song“. It’s more of a sung Hip-Hop braggadocios type of track, with the MV comprised mostly of studio footage. It’s a step in the right direction but I can’t help be underwhelmed with her vocals, especially compared to her semi-viral performance with Passion from years ago.
