Soul singer from the Bay, Tracy Cruz, has released the 2nd video from her 2011 album, Universal Symphony. “Joyful Rain” is a little bit more conventional than her last song, “Love Galaxy“, but perhaps maybe that’s why I was able to enjoy it a bit more. The green screen effects are still a bit cheesy, but it’s more palatable in small doses.
