Philadelphia representative, Decipher, just dropped his new music video for the song “You Don’t Care”.  It looks like De is slowly coming alive again in 2013, with it being over two years since the release of his last full length album, The Effect. The video was shot by Furis & Ken Nana and the music produced by Corbett. Lyrics can be found after the break.
