There’s no way you haven’t heard of the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge at this point; it’s taken the world by storm via social media. The purpose of the challenge is to spread awareness and raise funds to help combat an otherwise incurable degenerative nerve condition also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease in a self-deprecating manner. Whether you agree with the method or care about the cause is a completely separate issue, but these fine folks that we cover at a-Tunes decided to participate. This is in no way a definitive list of Asian-American artists who have participated, and we’ve stuck to just the Youtube videos and decided not to tally all the Instagram, Vine, and Facebook videos for the sake of our sanity.
