Manifest interview w/ UrbanDecadence

Manifest was recently interviewed by Hip-Hop blog Urban Decadence. He touches on everything from his faith, working with Lyricks & DJ Zo, and his upcoming projects.

It’s a good read although it’s a tad short.

and growing up, who/what influenced you down the path of hip hop?
i think in middle school i was introduced to hiphop music for the first time.. i was living in richmond, VA at the time and most of my friends were heavily into rap music they showed me Wu-tang and i fell in love this was when i was in 8th grade or so… and they showed me how to write and freestyle and all that so if i wasn’t there to meet those guys at that time in my life, i don’t know where i’d be right now
