Sam Ock has released a new track on youtube called ‘Agape’ and it’s got a 90’s rock feel to it that takes me back. For the first time I’ve heard, Sam ditches his classic crooner voice and pushes his vocals a little bit. There are a few rough patches but overall I think it’s a pretty enjoyable song. I don’t think I’d like hearing a whole album of him singing like this but it’s a fresh switch up.
Though it does make me think Sam should pen songs for rock artists out there too, that’d be a winning combo.
