Mark Agustin is the epitome of definition for an independent DIY artist. Unfortunately, when one relies solely on their own resources, they eventually hit a wall in terms of growth. “The One” is a song that sticks very closely to the mold that Agustin has set forth with previous release – whether that’s good or bad I’ll leave up to you to decide. Oliver Sangalang sings the hook though I wouldn’t say he was a perfect fit. That being said, MA fans haven’t had a new drop from the artist in quite some time, so I imagine this is appreciated nonetheless.
