International film releases are always kind of an interesting affair, especially in terms of release dates. While this film apparently dropped in parts of Europe and Asia last fall, it will see it’s South Korean and US debut in a couple weeks on the 17th and 18th of April respectively. The movie in question is Make Your Move, a dance film featuring the KPOP superstar, BoA, along with DWTS alum, Derek Hough.
Interestingly enough, it appears BoA’s character is of Japanese descent and the entire production looks reminiscent of Step Up, Honey, and Save the Last Dance. Oh, and apparently the black guy from City Guys is still acting.
Anyway, it’s been a number of years since BoA‘s attempt to crossover into the US entertainment industry, let’s hope this time fares better for her!
