I’ve met David Choi a couple of times, briefly after his shows. The impression that I got is that there is definitely more to him than his gently somber, mid-tempo, singer-songwriter music. And this new web-series certainly reinforces that – did you ever imagine DC in a dramedy show? It’s tongue-in-cheek with a touch of dry humor, and it’s fun take on David’s experiences as a musician and Youtube star. Everything from weird fans, over zealous management, production and show woes, romance and more are covered… plus there are a ton of great cameos. It began airing earlier this year and just wrapped up a few days ago.
