Growing up, many of us spent hours laboring over some type of musical instrument, perhaps under the insistence of a parental figure. Piano, guitar, clarinet, flute, violin, perhaps even the saxophone were often heard being practiced within the walls of our humble domains, but how many of us have learned to rock out on a guzheng? I can’t even play Guns ‘N Roses on the air guitar, much less a guzheng, but a young girl by the name of Michelle Kwan can shred on the traditional instrument. Witness it yourself.
Pluck on, little girl, pluck on.
Why? Just ‘Cause.
